Registration

All participants—except scholarship recipients—must complete their registration through the JHU Student Information System (SIS).

If you are applying for a Fall Institute registration-fee scholarship, please refer to the Scholarship section and complete the application before registering.

Important Notes About Scholarships:

• Scholarships cover registration fees only and apply exclusively to Fall 2025 Institute courses and/or workshops.
• Scholarships are awarded for specific courses or workshops and cannot be transferred to others.
• Scholarship recipients are responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses in Barcelona.
• Scholarships are not available to:
  • Students enrolled in Johns Hopkins degree programs

  • Participants seeking Johns Hopkins academic credit

Registration Process

Registration opens with the Bloomberg School’s Second Term schedule. Due to limited enrollment in some courses, early registration is strongly recommended.

For Degree-Seeking Students:

• Register directly through SIS as you would for a regular academic term.

For Non-Degree Seeking Students:

Use the Continuing Education Online Application:

• New Students (never enrolled in a BSPH course): Follow the instructions under "New Students."

• Returning Students (previously enrolled in BSPH courses): Follow the instructions under "Continuing Students."

Payment Information

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.
• If using third-party sponsorship or JHU tuition remission, contact the Continuing Education and Student Services Office to submit required documentation.
• Registrations submitted without payment or a valid payment voucher will not be processed
