I will be graduating in May 2025. When will my degree post to my transcript?
We expect to have degrees posted to transcripts by May 30, 2025. Students may access unofficial transcripts through . Requests for official transcripts must be placed through the .
How will I receive my diploma?
All diplomas are mailed directly from the vendor and will be mailed to the Diploma Address listed in SIS Self Service under Personal Info -> Summary as of the time the order is placed (diplomas will be shipped to the BSPH Office of Records & Registration in the event no Diploma Address is provided). Orders are placed about one week after the conferral date. Diplomas shipped to domestic addresses take 6-8 weeks to arrive and 8-12 weeks for international addresses. Graduates will receive an email from the vendor when their diploma has been mailed.
Students with running balances or financial holds will have their diplomas held with the vendor. Students should submit a case to once the balance is paid and/or hold is lifted to request the release of their diploma.
I will be earning a certificate this Spring. When will it post to my transcript?
Depending on when confirmation of completion is received, certificate diplomas will post to the transcript between one and four weeks after the conferral date. Certificate diplomas are ordered after the conferral notations have been posted to student transcripts. Certificate diplomas shipped to domestic addresses take 6-8 weeks to arrive and 8-12 weeks for international addresses. Graduates will receive an email from the vendor when their certificate diploma has been mailed.

I plan on graduating in August 2025. When will the graduation application be available?
The graduation application is available in SIS Self-Service. It is located under Registration -> Program of Study Info.
I submitted my graduation application. Will I receive a confirmation of submission?
Yes, but not in real-time. The confirmation will be sent to the Commencement E-Mail Address when the overnight system jobs run.
