Cherée Johnson, JD, is an accomplished business advisor of publicly traded and privately held companies, having lived or worked on three continents. With more than 20 years of experience in highly regulated industries (including medical, med tech, global consumer products, industrial, chemical, manufacturing, and innovation-focused companies), she has deep boardroom experience and has been a key member of the executive team with six multi-national, multi-billion dollar revenue companies, each operating in dynamic end markets around the world and experiencing significant organizational transformation. Johnson has a proven track record of leading international compliance, and legal functions, leading ESG for organizations, and mitigating risks as a business advisor.

Johnson is the Senior Vice President—Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, at Dentsply Sirona, Inc.—the largest global manufacturer of dental products and technologies based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She manages a team of more than 800 global professionals and reports to the Board of Directors and the CEO. She is responsible for several functions including legal, ethics, compliance, government affairs, regulatory, and quality, and serves as Chair of the ESG Committee.

Johnson is a registered patent attorney and earned her JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude and with Honors, and her BS cum laude and with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Florida A&M University. Johnson and her family reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.
