Annual Ticks and Tickborne Diseases Symposium
On April 30, 2025, we hosted our 3rd annual Ticks and Tickborne Diseases Symposium. The event featured leading experts on tick surveillance, disease risk, and innovative anti-tick strategies, and B. burgdorferi bacterial genetics and pathogenesis. Participants also engaged in an interactive poster session with trainees, and panel discussions focusing on interventions, new/emerging tickborne diseases, human study challenges, and Lyme disease pathogenesis.
