Professors Named to Most Highly Cited Researchers List

Dr. James C. Anthony, professor in the Departments of Mental Health and Epidemiology, and Dr. Laurie Schwab Zabin, professor in the Department of Population and Family Health Sciences, were recently named to the Thompson ISI (founded as the Institute for Scientific Information) list of Highly Cited Researchers in the Social Sciences, General category.

Alfred Sommer, MD, MHS, dean of the Johns ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, was honored today with the fifteenth annual Warren Alpert Foundation Scientific Prize for his pioneering work that showed that four-cent vitamin A capsules can prevent the deaths of millions of lives and blindness in the developing world.

Media Visits

The Bloomberg School requires all media guests–including print and electronic reporters, photographers, producers, and videographers–to coordinate with a Bloomberg School media representative in advance of their visit, ideally with 48-hours notice. This applies to all School-affiliated buildings, offices, and facilities. 

Bloomberg School media guests will be accompanied by a communications staff member throughout their entire visit.
