Motor Vehicles

Law can be used in a variety of ways to prevent motor vehicle-related injuries. For example, laws and regulations set speed limits, requirements for airbags, and standards for the use of child safety restraints. In conjunction with the , Center faculty research and analyze these and other aspects of legal issues related to motor vehicles, such as the use of litigation to redress motor vehicle-related injuries and deaths.
