Overview

I am an Associate Professor of Epidemiology at the Johns ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in Baltimore, Maryland. My research focuses on the use of novel data sets and models to better understand the spatial dynamics of various infectious diseases. This work focuses on a range of pathogens including malaria, dengue, measles, and rubella. Much of this research leverages molecular (genomics, serology), behavioral (human mobility data), and epidemiological data to better understand infectious disease transmission.
