Why HBSSO?
"I joined HBSSO to intentionally engage with the HBS community. In my first year, it was important to me to attend events like Lunch with the Department Chair and be part of the meeting of the minds that shape our department. As a co-chair, I hope to continue building that sense of community and contribute to a supportive culture through intentional events and meaningful interactions. School is more than academics, and by fostering a welcoming environment and organizing inclusive programming, we create a strong foundation where all HBS students can connect and flourish." —Ashlyn Abrielle

"I chose to co-chair HBSSO because I want to continue strengthening the HBS community. I hope to contribute to my community by creating spaces for communicating student needs, forging professional development, and engaging in personal interest areas." —Allison

"HBS is a uniquely vibrant department, enriched by the diverse backgrounds and experiences of its students, staff, and faculty. I joined HBSSO to help foster an inclusive, connected community, and I’m choosing to co-chair to take a more active leadership role in shaping that environment. I’m excited to plan engaging events that bring people together, encourage mutual learning, and strengthen our departmental culture." —SofÃa
