Associate Professor Carsten Prasse Honored as a Rising Star in Environmental Research

The American Chemical Society recognized outstanding early-career researchers for 2024.

The American Chemical Society has recognized , associate professor in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering, as a 2024 Rising Star in Environmental Research.

"It's an honor to be part of this group of talented, early-career researchers whose work I greatly respect," said Prasse. 

Prasse's Rising Stars article is titled 鈥.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

"Our assay aims to address challenges associated with prioritization and identification of toxic water treatment byproducts in complex environmental mixtures," he said.
